Now their focus is on laughter… as  medicine. It changes how we think, act, feel, function, and dream. It brings lightness into heavy moments, turns challenges into perspective, and helps us love better how we live.

What began as a book is now a growing universe of absurd adventures, animated series, interactive quests, fan co-creation, and gamified 3D activations… all designed to help people laugh, rethink, and reconnect with joy.

Together, they’ve pioneered fitness and wellness movements, produced global events, launched magazines, and inspired people across the world to live with passion and purpose. • Fitness Pioneers & Producers:  They helped launch the sport of natural bodybuilding and fitness, co-created the World Natural Sports Organization, the FAME World Tour, the BodyPROUD Initiative… producing events worldwide, and TV shows across five continents.
• Publishers & Media Creators: Launched Recover, Canada’s first environmental magazine, and grew FAME Lifestyle Magazine into international influence.
• Speakers & Connectors: Shared ideas on wellness, transformation, and innovation on global stages and media platforms. And provided platforms for thought leaders, inspirational people, influencers and educators. 
• Community Builders: Designed platforms that unite people through shared purpose, creativity, and play.  Their event in Africa actually united multiple warring nations in the spirit of being bodyproud. As a result, an international press conference was held.
• Creators of Niche Cultures: Fitness model search phenomenon is thanks to Jef & Mindy. They also pioneered the natural bodybuilding movement around the world. As a result, new businesses were launched, and regular people became fitness stars and wellness influencers. 
• Advisors: Served on boards and supported organizations in tech, wellness, publishing, and the arts, including the Braveheart Academy, The Social Universe, and the Canadian Authors Association. 
• Lord & Lady / Dame & Sir / Reverend: Jef & Mindy were adopted by the Taino tribe, ordained by an archbishop, and were granted the titles of metaphysical ministers. 

Now, as co-founders of 3D World Group, they’re helping bring this vision to life inside a fully interactive 3D immersive universe of expos, conventions, entertainment, and storytelling experiences. It’s the next chapter in connecting people worldwide through joy, co-creation, and yes… ridiculousness.
